A Poetic Inquiry into Duality, Systems Thinking, and the Art of Multifaceted Care

What if healing isn’t the absence of tension—

but the ability to hold it, listen to it, and tune it?

What if the goal isn’t to eliminate the dissonance in the body,

but to hear what it's trying to say?

There’s a reason the Yang symbol—often mistaken for stillness—is, in its essence, a snapshot of motion.

A swirl of opposites in eternal transformation.

Each side contains the seed of the other.

Darkness gives rise to light. Motion folds into stillness.

This is the nature of healing. Not linear, but circular. Not static, but alive.

🌬 The Point of Change

A patient comes in and says,

"I don’t know when it started, but something feels off."

It’s rarely the symptom that brings them in.

It’s the pattern—subtle, persistent.
