Terms of Service for Dr. Meghan Substack

Welcome to Dr. Meghan ("the Substack"), a publication and platform operated by Dr. Meghan Miller ("I," "me," or "my"). 3. Subscription and Payment
Dr. Meghan offers both free and paid subscription tiers:
Free Tier: Access to select posts and a lead magnet (e.g., "3-Day Immune Reset Plan").
Paid Tier: $10/month or $100/year for exclusive Content, such as deeper dives into the BioChi Method™, case studies, and practical tools.
Founding Tier (if applicable): $150/year for early supporters, including additional perks.
Payments are processed through Substack’s platform, and you agree to Substack’s payment terms and privacy policy. All subscriptions are recurring and will auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are not offered unless required by law.
4. Virtual Holistic Care Services
I offer virtual holistic care services, including Initial Consultations ($250), Follow-Up Sessions ($175), Hormonal Coherence Mapping ($325), Energetic Care Path ($650), and Free Discovery Calls (15 min). These services are subject to separate terms provided at booking, including cancellation policies and confidentiality agreements.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Services in a manner consistent with applicable laws and these Terms. You may not:

Share your login credentials or paid Content with others.
Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Substack, including hacking, scraping, or unauthorized data collection.
